Can I create my own widgets?

Not yet, but custom widget creation is on our roadmap. For now, you can fully customize the look and feel of every existing widget.

What platforms do you support?

Nook works on any website that supports a script tag -- WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Next.js, and more.

Is there a free plan?

Yes! The Hobbyist plan is completely free and includes 3 active widgets with basic customization.

Can I use Nook on client sites?

Absolutely. Our Agency plan supports unlimited sites with white-label options so you can offer Nook as part of your services.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nook ("the Service"), operated by Nook Widget Atelier ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nook provides an embeddable widget platform that allows website owners to add interactive, rotating widgets to their sites. The Service includes a dashboard for widget configuration, a CDN for widget delivery, and associated APIs.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Nook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans and Billing

Nook offers the following plans:

Hobbyist (Free): 3 active widgets, basic customization, community support
Professional ($29/month): Unlimited widgets, smart rotation, full design control, analytics
Agency ($99/month): Unlimited sites, white-label option, API access, concierge setup

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through DodoPayments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nook to:

Distribute malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Nook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nook Widget Atelier. You retain ownership of any content you upload or configure through the Service (images, text, audio). By using Nook, you grant us a limited license to host and deliver your content via our widget infrastructure.

7. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nook Widget Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
